Refund Policy


If the product doesn’t deliver, does not perform or doesn’t work, you can request a refund. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund or exchange due to a defect, you will need to send a screenshot and description of your issue to our email.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, and you must contact us via the email address to which the order was delivered.


Once your request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request, and we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.


If you haven’t received a refund within a couple of days, please double-check your bank account statement again or email us.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at to describe the issue you are facing.
